Our Approach, step 2 of 3

Connect Your Systems around One Record

Once work is digital, we connect it to ERP, maintenance, control and historian systems. Data is entered once, handoffs run on their own and every team sees the same picture.

From Copying Data to One Shared Record

Most teams already have good systems. The work that slows them down happens between those systems.

Before

  • The same reading or work order is keyed into two or three systems
  • Approvals move by email and phone, and stall when someone is out
  • Operations, maintenance and finance reconcile different numbers every week

After

  • Data is entered once and every system reads the same value
  • Handoffs trigger automatically when a record changes
  • Reports come from one record, so teams discuss the work instead of the numbers

How It Works

Four stages, each small enough to review before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Map the Flow

We trace where data is created, copied and checked today, and where it breaks.

  2. 02

    Define the Record

We agree on the shared data model and which system owns each field.

  3. 03

    Build the Connections

We build and test the integrations and automations in stages, not in one big switch.

  4. 04

    Run and Improve

We monitor the flows, fix issues fast and add the next workflow once the first one is stable.

What We Deliver

System Integration

Documented connections between ERP, CMMS, SCADA, historians and your field apps, with error handling and logging.

One Operational Record

A shared data model so an asset, order or site means the same thing in every system.

Workflow Automation

Approvals, notifications and follow ups triggered by the data instead of by someone remembering.

Operational Dashboards

Live views for supervisors and managers built on the same record everyone else uses.

What Optimize Looks Like in Practice

Typical integration projects and what they change for the people involved.

Oil and gas

Field Readings into Production Reports

The situation
Pumpers recorded well readings on tablets, but someone still exported and pasted them into the production report every morning.
What we built
A connection from the field app to production accounting, with checks that flag missing or unusual readings before the report runs.
What changed
The daily report is ready when the day starts, and engineers spend their morning on the wells instead of the spreadsheet.

Manufacturing

Quality Holds That Stop Shipments

The situation
A failed quality check was noted in one system, while the batch could still be picked and shipped from another.
What we built
An automation that places the batch on hold in the MES and blocks it for shipping in the ERP the moment a check fails.
What changed
Suspect product stays in the building until quality releases it, without anyone having to remember to call the warehouse.

CPG

Lot Traceability from Raw Material to DC

The situation
Tracing a lot meant pulling records from receiving, production, co-manufacturers and the distribution center by hand.
What we built
One traceability record that links raw material lots to batches, pallets and shipments across plant and partner systems.
What changed
A trace that took days of emails now takes a search, which matters most when a customer or regulator is waiting.

What You Need to Start

  • The two or three systems your teams copy data between most
  • Access to a test environment or API documentation for each
  • A process owner who can decide which system owns each field
  • Records already captured digitally, from Digitize or existing tools

Find Your Biggest Handoff Gap

Tell us which systems your teams copy data between. We will map the flow and propose a first integration.

  1. 01Discovery

We review your processes, systems and objectives.

  2. 02Proposal

Defined scope, timeline and investment for phase one.

  3. 03Delivery

A production release, with a roadmap to scale.
