Our Approach, step 1 of 3

Get Field and Plant Work off Paper

We replace paper forms, clipboards and spreadsheets with mobile apps your crews actually use. Every reading, permit and inspection becomes a record you can search, report on and build on.

From Paper to a Live Record

The work stays the same. What changes is how fast the information reaches the people who need it, and how much of it survives the trip.

Before

  • Forms filled in the field, then retyped into a spreadsheet at the end of the shift
  • Photos and notes on personal phones, disconnected from the job
  • The office sees the numbers the next day, with gaps and typos

After

  • Crews complete checklists on a phone or tablet, even without a signal
  • Photos, location and signatures attach to the record at the point of work
  • Every submission is visible to the office within minutes

How It Works

Four stages, each small enough to review before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Pick the Forms

We start with the paper processes that cost the most time or carry the most risk.

  2. 02

    Design with Crews

We sit with the people who fill the forms today and design the app around their day.

  3. 03

    Pilot One Site

A small group uses the app in real work. We adjust fields, flow and offline behavior.

  4. 04

    Roll Out

We extend to more sites and teams, with training and a clear support path.

What We Deliver

Mobile Field Apps

Inspections, rounds, permits and checklists on phones and tablets, built around how your crews work.

Offline First

Apps keep working without a signal and sync when a connection returns, which suits remote sites and plant basements.

Photos, Signatures and Location

Evidence captured at the point of work and attached to the record, not stored on a personal device.

Structured Records

Each submission lands as clean, validated data that reporting and other systems can use right away.

What Digitize Looks Like in Practice

Typical first projects, described the way the teams experience them.

Oil and gas

Hot Work Permits on the Pad

The situation
Permits were paper forms carried between the crew, the operator and the supervisor, which meant waiting and chasing signatures.
What we built
A mobile permit with gas test results, fire watch assignment and signatures, routed to the supervisor for approval on their phone.
What changed
Crews start work sooner, supervisors approve from anywhere and every permit is on file with its evidence.

Manufacturing

Shift Handover at the Line

The situation
Handover lived on a whiteboard and in conversations, so open issues were easy to miss when shifts changed.
What we built
A handover app per line where the outgoing shift lists open issues and the incoming lead acknowledges each one.
What changed
Issues carry over reliably between shifts and supervisors can see what is still open across every line.

Logistics

Proof of Delivery at the Door

The situation
Drivers collected paper delivery slips that reached the office days later, which slowed billing and dispute handling.
What we built
A driver app that captures photos, pallet counts and the receiver signature, then sends the record to the WMS.
What changed
Deliveries are confirmed the moment they happen, and disputes are settled with the photo and signature on file.

What You Need to Start

  • One paper process that costs time or carries risk
  • A few crew members willing to test the app for two weeks
  • Phones or tablets the crew already carries, or a short list to buy
  • A contact who can confirm where the records should end up

Start with One Form

Tell us which paper process slows your teams down most. We will propose a first app and a pilot plan for one site.

  1. 01Discovery

We review your processes, systems and objectives.

  2. 02Proposal

Defined scope, timeline and investment for phase one.

  3. 03Delivery

A production release, with a roadmap to scale.
