About the role
At Bonjoy, you'll develop AI models that transform how industrial operations work. We deploy machine learning systems across manufacturing facilities, refineries, and energy plants where performance directly impacts safety and operational efficiency.
You'll work with real industrial data from equipment monitoring sensors, predictive maintenance systems, and operational workflows. Our AI platforms process equipment and process data to identify patterns, predict failures, and optimize performance for enterprise clients.
We build solutions that industrial professionals rely on every day. Your models will analyze vibration data from rotating equipment, monitor process parameters in real-time, and provide actionable insights that drive operational decisions. This is machine learning applied to critical infrastructure where accuracy and reliability matter most.
What you will do
- Design and implement AI models for industrial equipment monitoring
- Develop real-time anomaly detection systems
- Collaborate with field engineers on data collection strategies
- Optimize model performance for edge computing environments
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence
What you bring
- 5+ years experience in machine learning and AI development
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Experience with industrial IoT data and time series analysis
- Strong background in computer vision and predictive analytics
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Nice to have
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with industrial automation protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus)
- Knowledge of signal processing and vibration analysis
- Previous work in manufacturing, energy, or process industries
- Publications in machine learning or industrial AI applications
